Title: Senior Facilitators (Two)

Job Description: 

Mission Community Skills Centre Society is recruiting for (Two) Senior Facilitators to deliver anticipated Employment Programs within the Fraser Valley.

The Employment Skills Facilitator(s) are responsible for the delivery of employment workshops, including components of essential skills and specific skills training. Using an adult education approach, our facilitators assist participants develop concrete skills used within the labour market. Our facilitators help eligible participants learn and develop the knowledge and skills needed to prepare for, find and maintain employment. Topics may include interpersonal communication skills, problem solving, working within a team; while facilitating access to short-term occupational training and more comprehensive cohort-based skills training. The Employment Skills Facilitators are subject matter experts and will be asked to facilitate cohorts in locations within the Fraser Valley.

These two positions are Senior Facilitator positions, with a great deal of autonomy and expectation designed to assist participants reach their goals.
